Michael Jones

Michael Jones is Vice President, Chubb Group and Global Operations Officer and Head of North America Operations and Technology. He is responsible for all Enterprise Operations Services globally and supports the prioritization of technology, operations and transformation delivery.

Mr. Jones is also responsible for the strategic direction and execution leadership of technology and operations functions in North America across applications, service delivery, production management, process and real estate.

Mr. Jones has more than 30 years of experience in technology and operations. He joined Chubb in 2019 as Executive Vice President, Global Head of Infrastructure and Technology Operations. In 2020, he assumed additional responsibility for enterprise program delivery, technology and operations risk and resiliency, and Chubb’s global service centers.

Prior to joining Chubb, Mr. Jones led global infrastructure, engineering and cloud services for TD Bank in Canada. He has also served as the Chief Technology Officer for the Institutional Client Group at Citigroup. Mr. Jones began his career at JPMorgan Chase, where he worked for 17 years in a variety of roles across operations and technology.

Mr. Jones holds a B.S. degree from the University of Delaware and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Florida.
