Chief Financial Officer of Operations & Technology and Transformation
Annmarie Hagan is Vice President, Chubb Group and Chief Financial Officer of Operations & Technology and Transformation. She is responsible for all FP&A activities for the company's technology and operations organizations, including real estate operations in the countries and territories where Chubb operates; tracking technology-related transformation initiatives; controllership of technology-related assets and compliance functions; and operationalizing ESG-related financial reporting for the company.
Ms. Hagan has more than 35 years of experience in insurance, accounting and financial management. Prior to her current position, Ms. Hagan served as Chubb’s Chief Accounting Officer from 2020 to 2024, where she was responsible for the company's corporate and regulatory accounting matters; managerial and external financial reporting; group-wide financial planning and analysis; statutory and GAAP accounting policy; and financial oversight for the company's global information technology and operations area.
Ms. Hagan also served as Global Controller of Chubb from 2016 to 2020. Prior to rejoining Chubb in 2014, she held executive leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer for Cigna Corp. and Chief Operating Officer and President of the Specialty Businesses at WellPoint Inc., a health insurance provider (now Anthem). She first joined Chubb in 1999 where she held the position of Vice President in finance.
Ms. Hagan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Drexel University.
