Global Human Resources Officer
Jo Ann Rabitz is Senior Vice President, Chubb Group and Global Human Resources Officer. She has responsibility for human resources and HR operations across all business segments and regions of the company.
Ms. Rabitz has more than 30 years of experience in human resources. Previously, Ms. Rabitz was Executive Vice President and Head of Human Resources for Chubb North America where she oversaw executive-level HR leadership for Chubb’s North America retail and wholesale commercial property and casualty, personal lines and agriculture businesses, and for U.S.-based global staff units.
Ms. Rabitz joined Chubb in 2016 from Genworth Mortgage Insurance Australia, where she served as Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to joining its Australian business, she was Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Genworth's international division based in the U.S. Ms. Rabitz’s experience in human resources spans industries and blue-chip companies including Travelers, Frito Lay and GE Capital.
Ms. Rabitz received her Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Relations from St. Joseph’s University.
