Amy Well is Senior Vice President, Chubb Group and Chief Marketing and Communications Officer. She is responsible for the company’s corporate communications and marketing functions globally. Among Ms. Well’s areas of executive oversight are global brand marketing, corporate advertising, global media relations, financial communications, investor relations, global digital marketing, employee communications, and the Chubb Charitable Foundation.
Ms. Well is a seasoned communications executive with more than 25 years of experience in both the private sector and government. Most recently, she served as Global Chief Communications Officer at EY, where she led the brand, marketing and communications function. During her 17-year tenure at EY, she held several leadership positions, including Chief of Staff to the Global CEO and Americas Public Relations and Strategic Programs Leader. Ms. Well also served as Senior Director for Communications and a Spokesperson at AOL, where she was responsible for corporate policies and positions, including privacy issues, business strategies and acquisitions.
In the public sector, she served as Communications Director for Senate Majority Leader William H. Frist and held roles in the White House and the Senate Budget Committee.
Ms. Well holds a bachelor's degree from Smith College with a major in Government and a minor in Economics, and is a member of the Forbes Chief Communications Officer Council, the Page Society, and the Senior Corporate Affairs Association.
