TAP provides hands-on technical experience working on real business projects while helping you develop leadership and communication skills, sharpen your technical acumen, and grow your knowledge of the insurance industry.

Who are we looking for?

TAP seeks passionate individuals who are curious, driven by technology, and eager to deepen their technical skillset. If you recently graduated with a STEM degree, TAP is the program to launch your tech career and break into the insurance industry.

TAP offers a two-year experience centered on hands-on learning and technical training. You'll also build business acumen, participate in structured professional and leadership development, and gain networking opportunities and exposure to senior leadership.

Data and Analytics

Turning raw data into business insights — our analysts manage data collection, distribution, modeling, and advanced data science to drive smarter decisions across the organization. 

Engineering

Our software engineers design, build, and maintain applications that power business and customer experiences, partnering with stakeholders on testing, rollout, and implementation. 

Infrastructure

Designing and maintaining the technology foundation — networks, data centers, cloud, and end-user services — that keeps Chubb running securely, reliably, and efficiently every day.
