To be eligible for the Chubb Associate Program, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree prior to the start of the program. A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above is also required. Any prior work and leadership experience is preferred.
Chubb welcomes applicants from all academic majors and backgrounds.
The Chubb Associate Program is a two-year, full-time program designed to provide comprehensive professional development and hands-on experience.
Most Chubb Associate Program cohorts begin in February and June each year.
Yes, all positions within the Chubb Associate Program are full-time roles. Associates are full-time employees from the start of the program and continue with their assigned teams after completing the training period.
