Testimonial

What memory from your internship stands out most, and what made you want to continue your career at Chubb?

"My favorite memory from my HR internship at Chubb was the opportunity to collaborate closely with professionals across the HR function. These opportunities not only allowed me to build meaningful relationships, but also taught me the importance of adaptability, effective communication, and critical thinking. By the end of my eight-week internship, it was clear that my time at Chubb was far too short. The supportive culture at Chubb motivated me to pursue a full-time career, as I knew I could continue to grow professionally and make a meaningful impact. I am proud to have begun my HR career here at Chubb and looking forward to the future!"

“The internship allowed me to learn about the insurance world and all of the opportunities available at Chubb. I was able to make meaningful connections with colleagues and hear from a variety of speakers, including top level employees. I could not be more excited to start working for such a great company!”

Jack B. - Claims Examiner

"I have a lot of great memories from my internship, but I would say my favorite one was our team event at the end of the summer. Everyone from around the country on our National Private Equity team came to Chicago and I really enjoyed meeting everyone that I worked with on a day-to-day basis in person. The internship really helped me prepare for a career here by giving me hands-on industry experience and exposure. It also allowed me to develop professionally and improved my public speaking skills tremendously. The talented professionals and amazing culture we have at Chubb was easily the biggest selling point to make me want to pursue a career here. I am so grateful for the Chubb internship I experienced and would one thousand percent recommend it to anyone that receives the opportunity."
