Inside the program

We launch a new cohort of the program every September, with applications opening the previous November. We recommend registering your interest early to stay informed of our latest opportunities.

Who are we looking for?

Studying computer science, engineering, or maths — or nearly there? If you're curious about tech, eager to keep learning, and fluent in Greek and English, we want to hear from you.

What will you learn?

Work on real projects, earn certifications, and access 50+ courses on Pluralsight and LinkedIn Learning — all while being mentored by experienced engineers from day one.

Why should you apply?

Get one-on-one mentorship, meet senior leaders monthly, and build a network that lasts. At Chubb, your first role in tech is the foundation for everything that follows.

Two years. Real impact. Your future.

Months: 3 to 0

Before you start: You’re in, and we’re already excited to have you. Before day one, we’ll help you feel connected, informed, and ready to start strong.

Year 1: Launch

Settle in. Learn fast. Make an impact:  Year 1 is all about building momentum, learning fast, growing your network, and making an impact from the start.

Year 2: Grow

Go further. Think bigger. Shape your future.: Year 2 is where you step up, taking on bigger opportunities, expanding your global perspective, and shaping what comes next.
