We launch a new cohort of the program every September, with applications opening the previous November. We recommend registering your interest early to stay informed of our latest opportunities.

Who are we looking for?

No university plans? No insurance background? No problem. Our Apprenticeship Program is designed for curious, motivated people ready to learn by doing.

What will you learn?

Two years. Real impact. Your future.

Testimonial

How did the Early Careers Program help to shape your career?

“The opportunity to come in early meant that I was able to start paid work rather than having to go to college or university and to really get first-hand experience in the industry that I wanted to work in. Coming in and getting hands-on experience meant that I was able to take further responsibility, further learning and then in time, be able to become an underwriter perhaps sooner than I would have.”
