Seshadri (Sesh) Iyer is Executive Vice President, Chubb Group, and Global Leader, Operations, Technology and Digital Transformation. Sesh has executive oversight for Chubb's global operations and technology, and works closely with Chubb's global digital business to continue advancing the company's transformation into a digitally integrated organization across its underwriting, sales and service operations globally.
Sesh has 25 years of experience engaging with clients across industries including financial services, insurance, technology, IT services, and energy in North America, Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Chubb, he spent his career at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he most recently served as the North America chair for BCG X, the firm's tech design and build unit. Sesh led BCG's work in the Americas in lean services and operations, cloud computing, and AI & data engineering.
Sesh received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, a master's degree from the School of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University and a bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Engineering.
