Scott Arnold is Vice President, Chubb Group; Division President, Chubb Agriculture; and President of Rain and Hail. In his role, Mr. Arnold has executive operating responsibility for both Chubb's crop business and the commercial/farm property and casualty (P&C) insurance business. As President, his responsibilities include leading the company's day-to-day operations, and ensuring the agricultural business continues to deliver on its commitment to agents, policyholders and other key stakeholders.
Mr. Arnold has more than 30 years of industry experience with Chubb and its predecessor companies through his tenure at Rain and Hail. Most recently, he served as Deputy President, Rain and Hail.
Prior to that, Mr. Arnold served in a number of roles in the Rain and Hail corporate office, including Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President, Assistant Vice President Marketing and National Marketing Manager. He began his career at Rain and Hail managing a Marketing and Claims field territory in Southeast Iowa.
Mr. Arnold received his Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Business from Iowa State University.
