Global Claims Officer
Kevin M. Rampe is Senior Vice President, Chubb Group, and Global Claims Officer. He is responsible for Chubb’s global and North America claims portfolio, overseeing all aspects of executive claims operations, service, and administration across the company’s worldwide network of claims offices.
Mr. Rampe has more than 30 years of experience spanning the insurance industry and public sector. He joined Chubb in 2005 as Global Compliance Officer, and was appointed General Counsel of North America and Global Deputy General Counsel before being named Head of North America Claims in 2021. Previously, Mr. Rampe served as President and Chairman of the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation (LMDC), First Deputy Superintendent and Chief Operating Officer of the New York State Insurance Department, and First Assistant Counsel to New York State Governor George E. Pataki.
He is a Founding Director and member of the Executive Committee, and the Buildings, Finance and Investment Committee of the National September 11 Memorial & Museum. He is also on the Board of Directors of the Insurance Federation of New York and a trustee of the Citizens Budget Commission of New York City.
Mr. Rampe earned his B.A. from Union College, his J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University, and is a recipient of an honorary Doctor of Laws degree from Union College.
