How did the Trainee Regional Program help your future? 

"I was part of the Regional Trainee Program in 2022, where I was able to learn about all the areas of Chubb, since we received training from the leaders of each area. The Trainee Program helped me gain a much broader vision of Chubb and get to know areas different from my own, as well as do networking, which today are extremely valuable relationships for me."
