Who are we looking for?
We're looking for fast learners who thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you're pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related engineering field with a strong academic record, solid foundations in data structures and OOP, and the ability to write quality code in C, Java, or Python, we want to hear from you. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
What will you work on?
You'll build practical skills across one of four technical disciplines: software engineering, data engineering, infrastructure and site reliability, or architecture, product, and cybersecurity. From developing full-stack applications and cloud systems to building data pipelines, managing enterprise infrastructure, and leading digital product or security strategy, every track puts you on real projects with real impact from day one.

Software Engineering
Build, optimize, and manage the integration of technology applications, from front-end development with Java and .NET to cloud engineering, QA, and DevSecOps.
Data Engineering
Work at the cutting edge of data engineering for insurance, driving value through data analysis and management, machine learning, and data platform engineering.
Infrastructure & Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
Design, deploy, and manage robust technology infrastructure, working with databases, backup and recovery systems, Identity & Access Management, end user services, and IaaS.
Architecture, Product & Cybersecurity
Build and lead digital architectures, manage digital practices and experience design, own product strategies as a Product Owner, or safeguard systems as a cybersecurity specialist.
